JSU's Power of 125 Capital Campaign

18 August 2004 — Jacksonville State University’s Capital Campaign is raising $17.5 million to support the university’s five colleges.  The campaign will cover the five year period of 2004-2008 in celebration of the school’s 125th anniversary in 2008.

The Power of 125 campaign will provide funds for constructing or renovating four facilities, creating three centers of excellence, establishing endowments and chairs, adding student scholarships, expanding infrastructure and technology, and sustaining the Fund for Excellence.

JSU will celebrate its 125th anniversary in 2008. Founded as the State Normal School in 1883, JSU has served the region with quality teaching and public service while boosting economic development in northeast Alabama. To continue the excellence for future generations, the university needs your support.

Please help us reach our goal of 100 percent employee participation in the Capital Campaign. Your support can help ensure that JSU will continue to meet its academic commitment well into the future.
