UPD Offers Workshop on Security Devices

August 2, 2004 -- The University Police Department invites all Budget Managers, Building Managers, and Deans to the Houston Cole Library on August 13, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. to attend a workshop on security devices. The presentation will take place in Room 1101C.

The University Police Department will have a representative from Benham Security on campus to demonstrate several of the newest physical security devices that are on the market. Dean Wilson, President of Benham Security will be demonstrating the March Networks 4410 digital video security system and the Softwarehouse CCURE800 access control system. During the presentation there will be a “LIVE” demonstration of these devices at work at several of the country's International Airports.
