November 25, 2003 -- The Jacksonville State
University/Community Orchestra will present its annual Holiday Concert on
Sunday, December 7, 2003, at 6 PM. The concert will be held at First
Baptist Church in Weaver. The concert is free of charge and is open to
the public.
The program will include holiday favorites of all styles and time
periods, including familiar Christmas carols, popular holiday songs, and music
from Tchaikovsky's ballet "The Nutcracker" and Arcangelo Corelli's Christmas
Concerto.
The JSUCO, in its 11th season, is under the direction of Michael R.
