The Jacksonville State University Small Business Development Center, the
SBA, and the Cleburne County Chamber of Commerce will offer one-on-one
counseling for prospective and existing small business owners at no
charge on Wednesday, December 4, 2002, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at
the Lucile L. Morgan Library, 541 Ross Street in Heflin. It is
necessary that you make an appointment. For more information, or your
