JACKSONVILLE -- October 7, 2002 -- The University Police Department and the Alabama Conservation Department will sponsor the Alabama Hunter Education Course at 101 Merrill Hall from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3, 2002. This course will teach safety rules and hunting regulations to JSU faculty, staff, students and dependents who wish to obtain Alabama hunting licenses. The class is conveniently scheduled to prevent participants from having to miss classes or work.

You must attend both sessions of this ten-hour training course to be certified. Do NOT bring firearms to this training. Admission is free.
