JACKSONVILLE -- October 29, 2001 --
On Monday, November 19, 2001 at 7:00 p.m., the JSU A Cappella Choir and the Brass Choir will be presenting their
winter concert at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 1000 West 18th Street, in Anniston. A Cappella Choir is
under the direction of Dr. Patricia Corbin, JSU Director of Choral Activities, and the choir is accompanied by Dr. Gail
Steward, the new associate professor of piano. The JSU Brass Choir is directed by senior music education student,
Casey Thomas. In addition to smaller works for chorus or brass ensemble, the concert will end with both groups
combining forces to perform John Rutter's Gloria. The concert is free and open to the public. For more information,
