JACKSONVILLE -- October 26, 2001 --
Alabama Library Association (ALLA) President Henry Stewart announced at the
executive council meeting recently that Jodi W. Poe of JSU has been engaged
as the new ALLA Webmaster. Jodi has been employed at the Houston Cole
Library at Jacksonville State University since 1996 and since June 2001 has
held the position of Distance Education/Electronic Resources Manager there.
She will work with Interim ALLA Webmaster Skip Busby of Troy State
University Library for around a month before fully assuming her new duties.
The new ALLA Webmaster will also serve as a member of the Executive Council.
