JSU Gospel Choir To Perform Play |

JACKSONVILLE -- July 16, 2001 --
The exciting Jacksonville State University Gospel Choir will be
performing a play entitled, "The Day the Devil Came to Church," on Sunday,
August 5th at 6:00 p.m. at
the Anniston High School Auditorium. A special guest at the performance will be the internationally known Dr. Bobby Jones of Bobby Jones Gospel, who will be hosting the event. His program is aired each Sunday on Black Entertainment Television (BET). Tickets are $15.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door. Tickets may be purchased at J & F Wig World, 1001 Noble Street, Anniston, or at WMGJ Radio Station in Gadsden. Proceeds from this event will be used for JSU Gospel Choir Scholarships and to produce JSU Gospel Choir's first Compact Disk. |
