Pinhoti Trail Hike:
Dugger Mountain Wildflowers

Dugger Mountain is one of Alabama's highest and most beautiful places. Take a moderate-strenuous level hike with Dugger Mountain founders, Francine and Bruce Hutchinson, as spring unfolds amidst giant hardwoods, steep mountainsides, and tranquil, crystal-clear streams.

Hikers should bring a daypack with food and water. Sturdy footwear and proper clothing are recommended. Pre-registration is required.
  • Date: Saturday, April 8, 2006
  • Where: Talladega National Forest -
    Dugger Mountain Wilderness near White Plains
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Fee: $15/Adult; $5/Student (Not recommended for children under 14)
