A Cappella Choir's Spring Concert
and Birmingham Area Tour
A Cappella Choir will present its Spring Concert at First United Methodist Church in Anniston on Sunday, March 12th at 3:00 p.m. A Cappella Choir is a 50–voice choir under the direction of JSU Director of Choral Activities, Dr. Patricia Corbin. This concert is part of the Choral Department’s yearlong Celebration of Alabama Composers and features works by William Dawson, Emma Lou Diemer, and a new work written for the choir by JSU piano professor, Dr. Gail Steward. First United Methodist Church is located at 1400 Noble Street in Anniston

The choir will also tour Birmingham area schools on Tuesday, March 14 and end its spring season with a concert that evening at Vestavia Hills Baptist Church. The church is located at 2600 Vestavia Drive, Birmingham, and the concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Both concerts are free and open to the public.
