Inaugural Event for Kaleidoscope

4 February, 2005 — "Beyond the Window: Readings from the Pen of Catherine Downing" is the inaugural event for Kaleidoscope 2005, Jacksonville State University's spring arts festival. The reading is Thursday, February 10 at 7:30 p.m. on the 11th floor of Houston Cole Library. The public is invited, and there is no admission charge.

The evening is based on "Beyond the Window," the volume edited by Bruce Lowry. A collection of the best of Downing's columns for the Anniston Star will be performed by a cast that includes Jessica Rae Sanborn, Denise Davis, Susan McCain, Diana Cadwallader, and Randall Davis. A reception follows.
