HR Sponsors Health Fair April 13, 14

March 17, 2004 -- A health fair offering numerous free screening tests will be sponsored by Human Resources April 13 and 14. Employees must schedule appointments to attend on those days between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Call HR at Ext. 5007 to reserve your time. There is limited availability, so call early. Allow 15 minutes for the visit. The fair will be held in Montgomery Building Auditorium.

Who is eligible? Employees/dependents/retirees of JSU who are insured by PEEHIP health or supplements. (Dependents must be insured and 18 or over.)

You must present your insurance card to receive services.

Services to be provided:

Osteoporosis Screening

Diabetes Check

Cholesterol Check from finger stick (Includes Total, HDL, and Ratio)

Blood Pressure and Pulse Check

A Take Home Colon Cancer Screening kit for high risk participants
