Dave Neal To Deliver Keynote Address at Idaho's Annual Governor's Conference |

JACKSONVILLE -- May 14, 2002 --
Dave Neal, professor and associate director of the Institute for Emergency
Preparedness at Jacksonville State University, has been invited to give the
keynote address at the state of
Idaho's annual "Governor's Conference on Emergency Management" on May 22 in
Nampa, Idaho. Neal's talk, titled "Effective Disaster Planning," will provide local and state emergency managers some strategies and techniques to start and maintain community disaster planning. |
