Annual Retirement Planning Seminar |

JACKSONVILLE -- February 25, 2002 --
The Office of Human Resources invites you to attend the annual
Retirement Planning Seminar. DATE: Thursday, April 11, 2002 TIME: 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. LOCATION: Merrill Hall, Room 101 We have invited speakers from TIAA/CREF, Teacher's Retirement System and Social Security. To register for the seminar and to receive an individual benefit projection, complete the form below and return to Human Resources by March 1, 2002. The individual benefit projections will be available the evening of the seminar. In addition to being at the Retirement Planning Seminar, our TIAA/CREF representative will also be on campus Tuesday, April 16, and Wednesday, April 17 for individual sessions with employees. If you would like to schedule an appointment with the TIAA/CREF representative, please call ext. 5007. Social Security is automatically mailing illustrations annually. If you would like to order an Earnings and Benefit Statement from the Social Security Administration, you may go to http://www.ssa.gov/top10.html and scroll down to Request a Social Security Statement. The Earnings and Benefit Statement will be mailed to your home. A representative from Social Security has been invited to the seminar.
