An American writer ventures to pre-war Berlin searching for inspiration for his second novel. He finds that inspiration in the people he meets at the Cabaret called the Kit Kat Club. There in the cabaret, a cross-section of Berlin life--the flotsam and jetsam of a doomed city, he meets Sally Bowles. Songs you will remember are "Don't Tell Mama," "The Money Song," "Tomorrow Belongs to Me," and "Cabaret."
