JSU Eminent Scholar Glen Browder has contributed a chapter on
civil-military relations to a
new textbook on the U.S. Congress.
Browder's manuscript ("Congress and the Pentagon: Civil-Military
Relations for a New
Millennium") is included in Inside the House: Former Members Reveal How
Congress Really
Works (2001),edited by Louis Frey, Jr., and Michael T. Hayes. The book
is co-published by
the Former Members of Congress Association and University Press of
America, Inc.
