English Dept. Lecture Series Examines Anti-intellectualism in America |

JACKSONVILLE -- February 14, 2001 --
On Tuesday, February 27, 2001, at 7:00 p.m., the English Department
Lecture Series will host a lecture by Brad Hawley, assistant professor
of English. The lecture is entitled "Being There with Forrest Gump:
Anti-intellectualism in America." The public is invited to this free
event, to be held in Room 1101-C of Houston Cole Library on the Campus
