Visiting Artist Frank Hamrick to Lecture at Roundhouse Gallery on February 19

Please join the Art Department in welcoming Associate Professor Frank Hamrick from Louisiana Tech University who will be giving an artist lecture in the Roundhouse Lecture Hall at 5 p.m. on February 19. The lecture is in conjunction with Hamrick's exhibition of tintypes and handmade books, "Sometimes Rivers Run Backwards," that is currently on view in the Roundhouse Gallery. A closing reception sponsored by the JSU Photography Club will follow.

The lecture and reception are free and open to the public.

In addition, Hamrick will be giving a workshop on the wet-plate collodion tintype process on Friday, February 20, from 10-3. Please email Jane Greene, Art Department Secretary, for more information about the workshop.
