Alabama Journalism Chair,
New York Times Education Manager
to Present at Faculty Workshop Luncheon

The JSU Department of Communication, Jacksonville State University and The New York Times invite you to join Jennifer Greer, Chair of Journalism, University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and Greg Mitchell, Education Manager for The New York Times, for a faculty luncheon and workshop on March 9 from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in 236 Self Hall.

This workshop will provide information on resources available to Jacksonville State University and on ways faculty members can incorporate The New York Times into their classroom and how it can provide an invaluable resource to students and faculty.

A complimentary subscription can be provided to faculty who have 10 or more students in a class and incorporate The Times into their syllabi. The Times can help faculty cover topics that have direct impact on the lives of students today - from social issues and new technology to the global economy and career opportunities.
