Lynnley Clark StatementMs. Lynnley Clark graduated Summa Cum Laude from Jacksonville State University in August 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Accounting.  While at JSU she was very involved in the community and on campus in various leadership roles with the Student Government Association, Ambassadors, the Student Accounting Association, and Phi Mu Fraternity.  Immediately following graduation Ms. Clark moved to Tuscaloosa to pursue a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama where she had received a scholarship to serve as a graduate research assistant to the program director.  Completing her degree and three sections of the Certified Public Accountant Exam in under a year, she graduated with a 4.0 GPA in August 2009.   Having accepted an offer from Joseph Decosimo and Company (now Elliott Davis Decosimo), a top 30 accounting firm, the prior fall Ms. Clark relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee where she completed the CPA exam that November and was licensed the following year having satisfied the work requirements.  In 2012, Ms. Clark returned to her home town of Oxford, Alabama where she transitioned into the corporate sector accepting a position with an international grocery distribution company in their Southeastern division.  Currently, Ms. Clark works in the governmental sector with the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts.  She is married to her college sweetheart, Kevin Neal, a veteran of the United States Army and licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic.  They now reside in Decatur, Alabama.
